It must be nice to be able to reject a guaranteed 7.5 million dollars for one season, especially considering the guy just tore his ACL a few months back. David F’ing West??

I’m sorry but I’m not paying a dude, who’s going to be over 30 years old and put up averages of 18.9 points and 7.6 rebounds last season. On that team?? This was with Chris Paul having a down season and West was obviously not able to pick up the slack. It would be like John Cryer and whoever plays the goofy little fat kid who is now skinny(Which by the way makes the whole show awkward for everyone. They should just have gotten rid of him) trying to carry Two and a half men without Charlie Sheen. Wait, I just remembered Sheen AKA Topper Harley got dropped and they replaced him with Demi Moore’s husband. My God, that guy makes terrible movies. It’s about time he high tailed it back to television. Why not just cancel the show??? It’s oveerrrrrrrrrrrr. Duhhhhhhhhh!!!!

Anyway, back to the subject at hand. What G.M. in their right mind would shell out close to 10 milly a year for D. West? If he can’t average over 20 a game on a team where he is supposedly the number 1 scoring option, what are teams really expecting of him? 7.6 rebounds???? Those are Chris Bosh numbers, only he doesn’t have LeBron and D-Wade snatching all of the boards from him.

Think about it. What team could West get over the hump? Well first of all he would have to sign with a team with major salary cap room, and that leaves teams like who? The Nets? That seems to be the only team dumb enough to pay him, thinking they can entice Deron Williams to stay there. I wouldn’t give West any more then the mid-level exception, that is if that is even allowed in the next collective bargaining agreement. He could be 4th or possibly 3rd best player on a contender but not the 1 or 2. No way. This guy better not get over 10 million a year or I may jump off a bridge. Till tomorrow my friends………
