@Try2BeReasonableI wouldn’t say that those things are the definition of “dirty”. I feel like “dirty” is when you are trying to injure a player. I don’t think Perkins crosses that line. Perkins’ intention is more directed to frustrate his opponent.

to quote the author: “he uses elbows a little more than most, SETS MOVING SCREENS and gives you that EXTRA NUDGE when it’s not entirely necessary. It doesn’t feel good but it’s not dirty.”I can see your point about elbows, depending on how much extension he’s getting, but the moving screens thing? Deliberately making illegal plays because you can get away with it is EXACTLY the definition of “dirty” basketball. It’s those kinds of plays, and the fact that people get away with it that makes some people refuse to watch the game that I love so much. It undermines the integrity of the sport, it’s unfair, and that’s why people call it “DIRTY”.
