Video: Kevin Durant putting on a show in Hong Kong Nike Tour 2012

Kevin Durant was in Hong Kong recently playing some hoops in front of a small packed arena. As you can see, he is clearly the only NBA player in the game and has no problem putting on a show for the eager fans.

Durant has a few dunks in the above clip while he is just going through the motions in the game. The crowd is reacting as if they are watching Blake Griffin in a slam dunk contest.

Durant is in Hong Kong for Nike Tour 2012 basically to promote his shoes and build his brand worldwide.

Durant has made a pretty good name for himself with highlight videos like these in the offseasons of the NBA season. Who can forget last year when he put on the ultimate show at Rucker Park during the NBA lockout?

This isn’t on that level but maybe soon Durant will play in some game somewhere and give us another Rocker Park-like moment. That’s about all the entertainment we can hope for right now as the NBA season is in its absolute dead time.

Training camp begins Sept. 29, NBA 2K13 drops Oct. 2 and then the preseason starts Oct. 10. For the Thunder, they have until Oct. 31 to sign James Harden to an extension. These events aren’t too far away but in the meantime, enjoy some more video of Durant in Hong Kong.
