Oklahoma City Thunder themed cornfield maize in Chickasha

The Oklahoma City Thunder are known for having some of the best fans in the NBA. They sellout regular season games and make them feel like playoff games. They truly love their team.

One family has taken their love for the team to a new level. Reding Farm in Chickasha, Okl. has designed a Thunder themed cornfield maize.

As you can tell from the photo, it is a pretty huge maize and is in fact, the biggest in Oklahoma. This ranks just ahead of the guy who decorated his car into a Thunder theme.

It looks like you start out on the left where the ball is, make your way through the hoop and Jordan logo then around through the OKC logo, Durant jersey and finally into Rumble, the Thunder mascot.

To visit the farm, general admission is $7 but if you want to go through the maize, it is $10 and you get “anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour to explore.”

The maize doesn’t open until Sept. 28 though. Then it will begin Haunted Maize/Harvest of Fear. Not sure what that is but it sounds amazing.

Other events at the farm include Industrial Revolution (a circus type act) and the performances “Yee Haw” and “Storytime.”

Bottom line is, Thunder fans are awesome, especially these ones.
