OKC Thunder (50-19) vs. Orlando Magic (18-51) Preview

The Oklahoma City Thunder will play the Orlando Magic for the second time in the last week.

The Thunder easily beat the Magic 117-104 in OKC last Friday.

Kevin Durant had 26 points, nine rebounds and three assists. Russell Westbrook had 23 points and Serge Ibaka had 20.

The Thunder led by as many as 27 points in the game and then allowed the Magic to come back to within four at one point in the fourth quarter.

This matchup is obviously heavily one-sided. The Thunder are one of the few best teams in the league right now while the Magic are one of the worst.

The Thunder come into tonight having lost their last two games at home vs. the Denver Nuggets and on the road the next night vs. the Memphis Grizzlies.

There was reason to panic after those two losses and the Thunder’s struggles against some of the best teams in the league this season.

The Thunder get a cupcake tonight though and should have no problem getting back to their winning ways. Durant has said this game is a “must-win” for the Thunder.

Nick Collison will be a game-time decision tonight with a groin contusion. Nikola Vucevic will also be a game-time decision for the Magic.

The game will tip at 7 p.m. EST.
