NBA Draft Trade Rumors: OKC Thunder interested in Dallas' 1st Round pick?

The Oklahoma City Thunder are reportedly one of a few teams interested in the Dallas Mavericks’ first round pick, which is the 13th overall.

I’ve also heard the Knicks, Thunder and Cavs. Cost is either a 2014 first rounder or taking back Marion into room. By the way, some teams think that the Mavs may already have a deal as the trade talk has silenced in Dallas the past few days. The Mavs can’t officially announce anything until after they make their draft selection.

The Thunder already have the 12th overall pick so it’s curious whey they would necessarily be intrigued by this pick.

Maybe they can trade Kendrick Perkins for that pick and take back Shawn Marion! Just kidding.

It doesn’t seem to make any sense that the Thunder would already know that they want to trade back one spot.

You’d think you wouldn’t know that until after the draft actually begins so maybe they want to have two picks here for some reason? Maybe the Thunder have multiple prospects they are interested in that they think they can get with this pick.

The Thunder also have the 29th and 31st overall picks in this draft that they could use in a deal with Dallas to acquire this pick.

This is really just a rumor at this point and all we can do is speculate what it could possibly mean.
