Kevin Durant made his second appearance this summer at the Drew League this past week.
Durant once again played for LAUNFD and scored 25 points to go with 12 rebounds to lead them to the win.
The other team featured Austin Daye of the Toronto Raptors who scored 30 points and had 10 rebounds.
There were no highlight dunks from KD this time, at least not in the highlight video. But we of course saw him stroke some deep threes and abuse defenders in a variety of ways.
The NBA schedule came out two days ago and summer league ball won’t be needed for long to hold us over as preseason hoops isn’t that far away now. The first preseason game for the Thunder is exactly two months away now on Oct. 8 when they will take on the Philadelphia 76ers in Manchester, UK.
