Four First Round Draft prospects the Thunder should avoid

With the NBA Draft tomorrow, the OKC Thunder need to make a smart selection with their first round pick. Avoiding these players would be a good start.

The 2017 NBA draft is a crucial one for the Oklahoma City Thunder. The team desperately needs another player that can contribute, preferably as soon as this upcoming season.  This draft class has a myriad of intriguing players at all five positions.

That being said, there are some prospects for various reasons that the Thunder should not take, assuming they stick with the 21st pick. Some of these players may be off the board by the time the Thunder pick. At the same time, these prospects might slip into the Thunder’s hands, making it very tempting to grab them. Regardless, here is a list of four players that General Manager Sam Presti and the Thunder should stay away from.
