The Fifty Point Games

Russell Westbrook has only had two fifty point games this season. In his first triple double of the season, Westbrook scored 51 points. This was the second game in a series of four where Westbrook scored 32 points or more in a row.

The only knock on Westbrook for this game was he was horrible from three. He went 2-of-10 from deep. I am just imagining what the numbers would have been if Westbrook had been on from three.

The second fifty point game was where Westbrook scored the 2,000th point of the season. Unfortunately this was a loss for the OKC Thunder. Westbrook shot incredibly well for the night, scoring 58 points. He went 21-of 39 from the field and 13-of-16 from the line.
