At the end of the day, NBA players are still fans.
NBA fans know what it’s like to have a favorite player. But, did you know NBA players themselves often have favorites?
It’s true! NBA players are fans, too! Just look at Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot. Despite his initial reaction to joining the OKC Thunder (see below), it turns out he has a reason to celebrate.
OKC 🤔

Because, Luwawu-Cabarrot’s favorite player is none other than Paul George – who just re-signed with the OKC Thunder. Reporter David Pick divulged:
I just texted Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot on trade to OKC Thunder. He's thrilled: "(OMG Emojis) HUGE. I'm so excited. Paul George is my favorite player."

And, Dennis Schroder reportedly has a favorite player as well. And given who it is, the newly acquired Thunder player should be pretty happy with his teammates:
Dennis Schröder’s favorite player/idol/role model: Russ Westbrook. This should be interesting.

The 2018-’19 season should be exciting for many reasons. For fans of the OKC Thunder, an enhanced roster with the addition of current favorites promises an electric showing on the court.
While you’re cheering on your OKC favorites, know that not all fans are in the audience. And if you’re rooting for Paul George or Russell Westbrook, remember that two people in Thunder jerseys are doing the same.
