Starting at power forward for the fan-voted All-Decade team

The OKC Thunder fans really let me down on this one. It is really, and truly, disappointing to see that you all voted for Serge Ibaka over Nick Collision. To be fair, so would my editor, but still Nick Collision will always be the right choice in my book.

I think the most disappointing factor in this, is that it was not even a particularly close race. I will chalk that up to again, the new wave of OKC Thunder fans just not understanding how good Nick Collision was earlier this decade. You see Serge Ibaka still balling and becoming an NBA Champion and just blindly follow him, it’s okay.

As voted on by the fans, the man in the middle is Steven Adams, in one of the most lopsided votes of the entire exercise.

You know what? I will not even get on my old man’s energy high horse this time. While I think Kendrick Perkins deserves a little more of a hat tip than eight percent in this vote, Steven Adams is the correct choice here.

The dude has played at a borderline All-Star pace this decade if not for the incredibly tough Western Conference and has done enough to earn his spot on this OKC Thunder All-Decade team.
