The loss to the 76ers could be considered an outlier as Giannis Antetokounmpo was nursing a sore back. Still, there might be a reason for concern if the supplementary pieces around GA don’t pull their weight in the postseason.
Regardless, the Bucks remain the best in the Association and their leader is dialed in with only one goal in mind.
Trying to find anything to cite as an issue is like looking for a needle in a haystack but there may be something to this—-
The Bucks began the season playing a ton of games on the road although mostly in the East and mostly versus sub .500 teams. In the last 20 games, Milwaukee has played six times on the road including two this past week.
That will change over the next 28 games as Milwaukee makes up for their lack of travel with 18 of those dates on the road. Notably, only eight of those teams are currently seeded and even amongst those three own sub .500 records.
Like I said – haystack — needle!
That wraps up week 10 of the NBA Power Rankings. Week 11 is already throwing up some exciting games and shuffling of the ladder rungs. Be sure to check back next week for the revised ranking.
