Pro Comparison:

Kevin O’Connor of the Ringer cites Dale Ellis, Danny Green, and a taller Buddy Hield as possible NBA comparisons.

Stackhouse feels Aaron is closer to Khris  Middleton as his doppelganger and worked with him to utilize screens similar to what JJ Redick does.

OKC Thunder fit:

Again, it’s unlikely Nesmith will remain on the board by the 25th pick, and while the Thunder are no different than their  29 counterparts who’ll need perimeter snipers I wouldn’t recommend making huge compensations in order to trade up to get him.

Particularly when there are numerous out players in this same draft that would compliment cornerstone Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and young developing talents – Luguentz Dort and Darius Bazley.

We’ve touched on why Sam Presti should consider making moves if he can find a way to land Deni Avdija, Killian Hayes, Tyrese Haliburton, or Tyrell Terry. Outside of those prospects who are all projected to definitely be lottery picks Presti shouldn’t alter the Thunder draft order.
