Season goal for Moses Brown No. 2) Get some time with the varsity squad.

One of the goals of any two-way player is to spend time with the varsity squad. They have the best opportunity but they need to show that they have what it takes to be a role player in the NBA at the very least.

Last season Luguentz Dort showed OKC Thunder fans what could be achieved after being signed as a two-way player. He was a key starter on a playoff team last season and is now a fixture on a developing team thanks to his defense, which is amazing considering he went undrafted in the 2019 NBA draft.

Brown did not have the benefit of playing for the same organization as a two-way player last season with the Blazers. This season, when the G-League eventually starts, Brown will be playing in the same systems that the varsity squad will be using. This is crucial to see what he has to offer the Thunder franchise.

Brown had some good game time in the preseason and used it reasonably well. He needs to bulk up if he is going to be a decent NBA center. He is only 245 pounds and can be moved off the block too easily. His best chance of making the varsity squad is to hit the weights hard.
