Theo Maledon shines for the OKC Thunder
Theo Maledon drew the start again in the absence of George Hill. The rookie did not disappoint, as he almost shot a perfect percentage from the field in the high scoring affair against Brooklyn.
Maledon went eight of nine from the field, but, more impressively, Theo shot a perfect six of six from distance. Six 3-pointers tie for the most 3-point baskets made by a rookie in Thunder history.
The development of Maledon should continue to provide hope for this OKC Thunder franchise because this young rookie continues to get better with each game’s passing.
Theo scored 24 points in just 33 minutes of action and was the player of the contest.
Here are a few clips of Theo draining 3-pointers against the Nets:

Maledon may be moving his way up the depth chart to starting minutes if this type of play progresses because OKC desperately needs help from different players.
If Maledon can continue to show up and provide helpful minutes to this OKC squad, it could result in Theo closing out games.
The Thunder need more knockdown shooting, and Theo provides them this luxury.
Hopefully, Maledon can pick up where he left off in Monday’s contest against the Houston Rockets.
