We’re just days away from the 2015 NBA Draft and no one knows quite what will happen. The OKC Thunder draft has had its ups and downs in recent years but an unexpected injury-filled season has led to a lottery pick this summer.
But who will general manager Sam Presti pick? He may trade up (packaging players and the #14 pick) or trade down (hoping to find a player with upside and at a lower cost). But should he keep the selection, there are a number of quality players that have been linked to the team in mock drafts around the country.
The players represent a wide spectrum – proven front court players, wings with upside, guards with huge potential – and could be valuable contributors to the Thunder for years to come. So we look at some of the most likely picks and break down their strengths, weaknesses and, more importantly, how they’d fit in with Oklahoma City.
Here is our 2015 Draft Breakdown for the Oklahoma City Thunder.
