Enes Kanter’s Top Five Games With OKC
By Evan Riggs
March 22 vs. Miami Heat
After missing the previous game against the Atlanta Hawks with an ankle injury, Kanter showed no rust just two days later against the Miami Heat.
Kanter put up another double-double, with 27 points and 12 rebounds, while shooting a very impressive 12-20 from the field.
Starting next to Steven Adams, Kanter was given the responsibility of being a floor spacer. He showed his offensive versatility by hitting mid-range jumpers, even scoring off the drible. As usual, he was very good running the pick-and-roll with Russell Westbrook, and he excelled in the low post.
In the first game on the list, the Raptors didn’t exactly have stout a defensive front line to stand in Kanter’s way. But the Heat had Hassan Whiteside, who was a rebounding and shot blocking machine last season. Kanter was still dominant on offense and on the boards in the Thunder’s 93-75 win.
