March 15 vs. Chicago Bulls

If you’re just looking at stats, this is probably the least impressive game on this list. With 18 points and 18 rebounds, that’s saying something. But Kanter played big against Chicago’s deep and experienced frontline in a 109-100 win.

Kanter’s 18 rebounds were distributed evenly on both ends of the floor, as he had nine offensive rebounds and nine defensive rebounds. Nobody for the Bulls had more than eight rebounds, and Kanter was a huge reason for the Thunder’s 52-33 edge on the glass.

Offensively, Kanter once again showed his versatility. He was able to get to the foul line, where he did not miss (4-of-4). He knocked down a few mid-range jumpers, scored off the dribble, and had some very nice low post moves on Pau Gasol.

For most of the season, the Thunder were outscored when Kanter was on the floor because he was such a defensive liability. However, he was a team high +14 while on the court.
