March 16 vs. Dallas Mavericks

Even though OKC lost 135-131, this was probably Kanter’s most impressive statistical performance as a member of the Thunder. He finished with 30 points, 16 rebounds and one block.

He scored most of his points with Tyson Chandler, who is a very respected rim protector, guarding him. Kanter even made Chandler look silly a few times in the low post with his footwork.

Kanter was about as efficient as possible as he showed off his entire offensive repertoire. He shot 9-of-13 from the field, 11-of-12 from the free throw line, and he even went 1-of-1 from three.

He showed he is capable of defending the pick and roll by blocking Rajon Rondo’s layup attempt with less than a minute left in the game.
