No. 5 – Kendrick Perkins

Arguably the greatest center in Oklahoma City Thunder history, which really says it all. Known for his defense and mean scowl, Perkins didn’t stuff the stat sheet, but he provided championship DNA and toughness to a young team looking to take the next step when he was acquired for Jeff Green in 2011.

Unfortunately, Perkins couldn’t help the OKC Thunder take the next step as they failed to win a NBA Championship, thanks in large part to Perkins inability to do anything on offense and his slowly eroding defensive skills.

The Thunder finally cut ties with Perkins this past season, trading him to Utah and acquiring Enes Kanter.

In five seasons with the team, Perkins averaged 4.2 PPG and 5.9 RPG.
