No. 3 – Vin Baker
Vin Baker always had off the court issues, but when he was on the court, he could be a force. In five seasons with the SuperSonics, Baker averaged 16.9 points and 7.5 rebounds. Baker was an all-star for the team in 97-98, averaging 19.2 points and 8 rebounds per game, but his play quickly dropped off following that season as his alcohol issues caught up with him.
Baker was taken eighth overall by the Milwaukee Bucks in 1993, where he turned in three all-star seasons in four years. The Sonics acquired Baker in 1997 in a trade that saw Shawn Kemp get sent to Cleveland.
After another all-star season in 97-98, Baker let himself go during the 98-99 NBA lockout, allowing his weight to get over 300 pounds and suffering from alcoholism. The Sonics finally cut ties with him in 2002 when they traded him to Boston.
