LOL did you think I was serious?

Harden only played three seasons in Oklahoma City, but WOW those were three great seasons. In his last year, at the age of 22, Harden averaged almost 17 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists off the bench. That was good enough to earn him Sixth Man of the Year and propel him to superstardom.

Trading Harden still hurts to this day. Oklahoma City could have been basketball Mecca through 2020, but alas. Watching James try and lead the Rockets to relevance is enough to make the pain wash away.

In James’ last season with OKC he put up career highs in field goal percentage and three-point percentage. The pressure was not focused on him and he flourished because of it. Remember the Western Conference Finals in 2012? HE AVERAGED MORE POINTS A GAME THAN RUSS!!!

Next: And your MVP is...Russell Westbrook?

You could make a serious case for Harden being the most important player on that team. When he crashed in the Finals, so did the Thunder. James Harden became James Harden in Oklahoma City, and THAT’S why he is #1 on this list.
