With the 2016 NBA Free Agency period winding down, it’s time to look ahead to the Oklahoma City Thunder’s 2017 Free Agency. We rank the top 10 Oklahoma City Thunder Free agency targets.

First, we must acknowledge that it is still very early on. The 2016-2017 season has not even started yet. With this list we are going to make a few assumptions. We are going to assume players with an opt out clause for next season use it, no players suffer significant injury this coming season, such as an ACL tear, and no teams sign potential 2017 free agents to a contract extension.
