Final thoughts

As I type this I still don’t know how this series will play out. There’s a few options I’m deciding between. The most likely IMO is that Westbrook and Harden both single-handedly win a couple games, the series stays close and Houston wins a Game Seven at home.

But if the Thunder win game one for whatever reason, they win in six. This Thunder team is built on momentum, and a game one upset would rally all the young guys around Russ/shocking the world. Which is why if they lose the first two games of the series, they will lose in five games. See the dilemma I’m in?

Right now I envision Billy D pulling a fast one on D’Antoni by putting Roberson and Oladipo on Lou Williams and Eric Gordon in crunch time, effectively taking out Harden’s best supporting cast players. That’s right folks…Russ is going to guard Harden at the end of games. This scheme could be a colossal failure or it could work to perfection, I’m not really sure.

I will stall a little longer by presenting the dates, times and locations of the potential seven-game series:

I believe in my team. I really do. Enes Kanter’s letter on the Players Tribune definitely has something to do with it.

The OKC Thunder are going to win Game One tonight then take care of Houston at home.

OKC in six.
