Thunder in the news is an OKC Thunder fan’s dream – a daily post solely dedicated to Oklahoma City.

Just because it’s the offseason doesn’t mean we take days off here at Thunderous Intentions. In the old days that would be a little bit more difficult, but thanks to social media, the NBA world is busy 365 days of the year.

Paul George claps back at Pacers fans

For once, Thunder fans are on the opposite end of a good trolling job! Paul George has assuredly gotten thousands of mentions from upset Indiana fans – he finally responded to a few yesterday.

The first one is pretty good, but the second?!?!?! That’s absolute gold. I’ve never understood people who follow others even when they don’t like that individual anymore. Point in case: Kevin Durant. I unfollowed him the second the news released.

The curse of the #3

Chuck Chaney from Thunder Digest makes an interesting point. Besides the great Dion Waiters, the #3 has not been the greatest good luck charm for Oklahoma City. Now Doug McDermott is switching from #25 to #3 this season – will it work? McDermott can be a good offensive bench weapon, but it’s going to come down to whether or not he can play even average defense.

"History shows No. 3 is not a lucky number."

Enes Kanter works out with Kevin Durant

BREAKING NEWS: NBA athlete works out with fellow NBA athlete. It’s been over a year since The Decision 2.0, and it appears that the tension between KD and his former teammates are over. I for one am happy for that.

"This should be a sign to all of us: the utter disrespect of Kevin Durant from us fans must end. There’s always going to be an inkling of distaste, but if his former teammate appears to be over it, we must as well."

Thanks again for reading! As always, check back tomorrow for another extraordinary version of Thunder in the news!!
