Final Thoughts

New York and Philadelphia are two clubs figuring out their future direction. Both teams have franchise players in place and are looking for complementary pieces to build around them.

One thing is for certain – Okafor will be traded in the next couple weeks if Philly has their way. As for O’Quinn and Hernangomez, it is unfathomable that the Knicks will elect to keep 4 centers on its roster. A smart man would predict a trade is on the horizon. But, again, it is the Knicks.

Oklahoma City need to balance its roster. As currently constructed, the Thunder’s second unit is full of wings. Adding a big man who can rebound and score inside will solidify two of OKC’s biggest needs.

This would also resurrect the Thunder’s identity as a physical team that dominates inside.
