Lamar Peters

College: Mississippi State
Position: Point Guard
Class: Sophomore
Height: 6’1
Weight: 190 lbs.

Coming off a solid freshman season, Lamar Peters will seek to improve his game in order to elevate his potential draft stock for the upcoming draft.

After standing out at the Adidas Nations camp over the summer, Peters is starting to draw attention from scouts around the league.

The left-handed point guard competes on both sides of the ball, and has shown the ability to be a solid facilitator for his teammates. As seen in the highlights above, Peters also possesses natural quickness, especially with possession and distribution of the basketball.

In order to improve his draft stock, NBA teams will likely look for the sophomore guard to improve his decision making. Peters will also help his draft stock if he is able to shoot the three-point shot more efficiently this season.
