The OKC Thunder aren’t playing at full health for their third straight game sadly. Andre Roberson replaced Paul George on the injury list with a bum ankle.

Monday night’s Oklahoma City Thunder injury report looks a little different than the last two games. That’s because four-time All Star Paul George is back in the starting lineup.

George returns after missing the last two games with a calf injury. The Thunder struggled on both ends of the floor during PG’s absence, but they still managed to win in Memphis on Saturday night. Although George is returning, Oklahoma City is not playing with their full roster- Andre Roberson is sitting after injuring his ankle against the Grizzlies.

Billy Donovan has yet to announce a starter, but Alex Abrines is the likely replacement. Abrines started the last two games in George’s place. The Spaniard Sniper scored a career-high 20 points in the Thunder’s last game, including hitting 6-8 from deep. OKC desperately needs Abrines to regain his shooting stroke; the extra playing time appears to be helping.

Charlotte will also be playing without their starting shooting guard – Nicolas Batum is resting with an elbow injury. This has been a recurring injury for him all season. Batum played Saturday night against the Lakers but was held to 19 minutes because his elbow was bothering him. The Hornets are opting to rest him so that the injury doesn’t intensify.

Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 PM CT at Chesapeake Energy Arena. Follow Thunderous Intentions on Twitter for in-game commentary, then check back post-game for our recap and player grades.
