We finally know the four different OKC Thunder jersey options for the 2017-2018 season.

After much anticipation, Nike, the NBA and the Oklahoma City Thunder have released the fourth and final installment of jerseys for this season. Much like the third uniform – the Statement jerseys – these are nothing like Thunder fans/players have ever experienced.

Here’s the first look at OKC’s newest threads:

While I enjoy the Statement jerseys slightly more, I’m proud of the Thunder for avoiding anything similar to their normal Association and Icon jerseys. The organization is making an attempt to modernize their brand and that’s all we can ask from a relatively conservative first ten seasons.

The Pros

I like the use of grey as a primary color. It’s a big switch-up for the organization, and it gives them an opportunity to use the color in the future. Logo change maybe??

More from Thunderous Intentions

The colored stripes are mandatory solely to include the Thunder’s main colors, but I like them. It reminds me of a Russell Westbrook claw mark as he scratches the life out of his opponents.

The Thunder now have two options to wear on any given night, not just the Statement jersey.

Putting the entire state of Oklahoma on the belt of the pant is a great touch. And that’s coming from a non-Oklahoman.

The Con

The Thunder could have done better with this jersey, but the fact they didn’t pull a Boston Celtics and try nothing new is all I ask for. They’ll debut the new look on January 25th, but you can buy them now if you’re so inclined.
