Last night the OKC Thunder continued their assault on the city of Los Angeles beating the Clippers 127-117. The Thunder appears to be rolling strong right now.

The OKC Thunder completed two back-to-back victories last night against the Clippers. Their offensive explosion rained down on the city of Los Angeles like a violent snowstorm. Scoring 133 against the Lakers and 127 against the Clippers, the Thunder are looking like they have turned a page as a team this season.

However, the funniest moment happened after the game when Carmelo Anthony swore on TV.

Russell Westbrook came up behind Melo, pouring cold water on Melo’s head. This causes Melo to do what every one of us would do in this situation.

Melo screamed out “ah mother _______, s___” Which isn’t generally heard often on live TV. However, it was still funny. I mean, can you really blame the guy. If someone pours cold water on me, I’m basically saying the same thing. The only way I would not react that way is if my grandmother was sitting next to me with her pastor.

We can probably expect for Anthony to be fined by the NBA. Assuming the FCC has already reached out to the NBA about this. It’s a domino effect of sorts.

More from Thunderous Intentions

In fact, it was in 2006 that President George Bush signed the Broadcast Decency Enforcement Act which can fine broadcasting companies anywhere from 32,000 dollars to 325,000 per issue.

Nevertheless, the NBA has always prided itself on being a family-friendly organization. This, of course, became a number one priority following the events of November 19, 2004. The appropriately named “Malice at the Palace” incident with the Indiana Pacers and Detroit Pistons.

A fan threw a cup of water on NBA player Ron Artest (Metta World Peace) and he went into the stands and began fighting with fans. He as well as multiple players from the Pacer team faced fines, suspensions, and other sanctions from the NBA.

Now, Anthony’s cussing is a far cry from NBA players and fans fist fighting, however, you can expect for the NBA to take some kind of action against Anthony. The OKC Thunder could always set up a swear jar for Melo.
