2018 NBA Mock Draft first round plus OKC Thunder picks
The Clippers were said to be looking to pair their two picks to move up in the draft, but seemingly so far have been unsuccessful. Originally most thought the Clippers sat in an excellent spot holding these back to back picks, yet in truth, this is the stage of the lottery where the talent takes a minor step down.
Perhaps something will occur closer to the time the draft begins. Out of the two picks, I do see LA more inclined to take the next one if they have to center in on one and are able to trade down for the other.
My other hot take is I could see (with West’s influence) a shocker pick of Donte DiVincenzo who I still feel is the biggest sleeper pick in the draft with the potential to be this season’s Donovan Mitchell and Jerry West is just the type of man who’ll recognize his potential.

Team needs:
The irony here is the Clippers need help either via starters or on the bench at every position except point guard and yet it feels certain if LA keeps both picks they’ll select a point guard if any of Trae Young, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander or Collin Sexton is available. The other thing to watch for is how much influence Jerry West has in the Clippers picks. One I’d bet on is West suggesting the team pick the best player on the board with one of their picks if not both.
