Free Agency – Offseason Mandate:

For the first time in a long time, the Heat feels like they are sans stars. Sure, Wade will likely  Miami (as he should. The problem is the Heat have a number of great bench guys playing starters minutes. Josh Richardson has potential, but he’s the guy the Heat need to keep.

In one of the few times I can recall, the Heat seemed to overpay for mid-level talent and now with the majority of the league not having disposable income are mired in those contracts.
