The Bright Light:

The rookie who bounced around to three different teams on draft night, finally found his permanent home with OKC. Hamidou Diallo was drafted by the Brooklyn Nets in the 2018 draft.

That night, he was traded to the Charlotte Hornets. Before he could don the ceremonial flip cap with the Hornets logo on it he was traded to OKC.

Diallo was not able to suit up for the OKC’s NBA Summer League opener. The trade was not finalized yet. However, the following night he was in the Thunder lineup and got some run.

The Wing from the University of Kentucky is crazy athletic. He can literally jump out of the gym. At times his insane hops can almost result in blown dunks!

Those are just a few highlights from the bright light himself, Hamidou Diallo. This resulted in many smiling Thunder fans. Some began pleading for Diallo to be on the varsity squad in some role.

Bottom line, Diallo stole the show this NBA Summer League for the OKC Thunder.
