No. 34: PG on Zaza
There’s something about seeing someone dunk on Zaza Pachulia that feels strangely good. It’s no secret that Zaza has wreaked a mind-bending amount of havoc both on and off the court in the NBA for a role player. After all, it was he who caused the Kawhi Leonard injury which changed the course of San Antonio Spurs’ history forever and surely the course of NBA history.
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Zaza has been involved in countless dirty plays– though no one quite knows whether they’re intentional or otherwise–which have injured countless players and made him a legitimate villain in the NBA for a minute in 2016-2017. Given all of the damage he has inflicted on the league and the way he has impacted it, it feels nice to watch someone dunk all over his face.
