No. 19: Kendrick Perkins on Wade
Kendrick Perkins built his reputation on being one of the meanest guys–on the court–in the NBA, but the disrespect of this dunk is off the charts. Let’s break it down real quick. At first, this was a pretty routine dunk–there was nothing fancy about it at all. Then Perk, obviously feeling himself, hangs on the rim for a few more seconds than necessary for the sole purpose of getting under the Heat’s skin, before spotting Dwayne Wade below him and purposefully swinging himself into the Heat legend as if he were Perkins’ little brother in the driveway.
It’s possible we never see a dunk with as much pure disrespect as this one.
