No. 4: Russ over the Nuggets

There might never be an angrier dunker than Russ. Especially because on their own, none of his dunks are particularly impressive or creative, but the sheer amount of force and adrenaline that goes into his dunks is just breathtaking. It’s possible that we can go a full 100 years and still never see another dunker like Russ.

That’s why this might be my favorite Russ dunk. You can see the force just on his jump in this one. It’s like the ground wronged him in some way and he’s trying to hurt it by putting as much force into it as he can. And by the time the dunk comes, it’s not entirely clear whether Russ is going to be able to actually stop himself before he comes down after destroying yet another rim.

This dunk is flat-out ridiculous, but somehow still not even in the top three for best Thunder dunks ever.
