Top 15 OKC Thunder ‘must watch’ games of 2018-2019 schedule

November 8: Houston Rockets at OKC

The Houston Rockets were the top seed in the Western Conference and NBA last season. Houston had many hopeful that they would bring Golden State’s reign over the NBA to an end. After losing in the Western Conference Finals 6-7, the Houston Rockets were unable to bring a new western team to the finals. The Rockets were arguably the best team in the league and pose a high risk to the OKC Thunder this season.

The Rockets will most likely make a deep playoff run once again, creating a blockade the Thunder must break through in order to push to the final stages of the playoffs. In two out of their three match-ups, OKC were able to come out victorious.

With a solid lineup and a better defensive strategy this time around, the Thunder will attempt to sweep their western foes and send a message. This, accompanied by the fact Carmelo Anthony is now on the Rockets, should make all games between the two teams must watch entertainment.
