December 23: Minnesota Timberwolves at OKC

Last season the Minnesota Timberwolves took the series against the Thunder 3-1, with one of the games ending with a Timberwolves three-point buzzer beater in OKC. Accompanied by the fact that these two teams are division rivals, you definitely do not want to miss their match-ups.

This season we won’t be seeing much of a change with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Besides their assistant coach Rick Brunson resigning last year, we will be facing, to an extent, what we faced last year. Really, the only question is can our lineup changes best the Timberwolves?

The Timberwolves have a really solid lineup which consists of great players such as Karl-Anthony Towns, Jimmy Butler, Derrick Rose and Andrew Wiggins. They hold a big advantage on the court due to their size, and choose to play on the inside rather than shooting from the outside. This also allows them to have one of the highest rebounding rates in the league, making it harder for other teams to gain momentum on offensive.

Putting it plainly, the Timberwolves are going to be a difficult team to get past. When they step onto the court with the Thunder, it is no doubt going to be a heart-racing show and one that cannot be missed.
