OKC Thunder point man Russell Westbrook spent last week showing off his personal style at NY Fashion Week, the Hall of Fame ceremony and an OU game.
Anyone who follows Russell Westbrook knows he is considered the most stylish NBA player. In fact he’s been voted the Most Stylish player two years running.
NBA fans regularly await the Brodie’s arrival to the arena especially when it’s a National game or he’s facing a major rival. Yet, part of the allure is what Westbrook will wear. Often what the star is adorned in offers insight into his mindset for the contest. All you have to do is rewind to one bright orange “Official Photographer bib” as a perfect example of this phenomenon.

It’s never a surprise when Russell finds himself on a best dressed list. As the NBA’s current style master. The OKC Thunder point guard takes fashion extremely seriously and it’s become one of his greatest passions off court.
The release of a book called Style Drivers and his fashion brand Honor the Gift demonstrate his commitment to his side passion. This offseason he’s been to Paris Fashion Week and spotted in the Mecca for the annual New York Fashion Week.
Front row at Tom Ford:
Clearly Tom Ford is a designer at the top of Westbrook’s favorite list as the enigmatic point guard demonstrated support attending the designer’s show. Russ sat in the front row of the show fixated on each of the outfits as they came down the cat walk. Russ was seating with Ansel Elgort and Sistine Rose Stallone and posed with Ansel Elgort at the event.
An open shirt, black jacket, leather pants and black kicks – but Russell makes it look swagger chic. His tweet offers views of the ensemble as well as him seated beside Hailee Steinfeld and once again in the front row.

Out and about Russ looked dashing attired in Ralph Lauren.
Russell Westbrook lands on weekly Best Dressed List:
His presence drew the attention of — well, everyone whose anyone in fashion. D’Marge honored him among their best dressed for the week including actors Chris Hemsworth and Jeff Goldblum.

Relaxed at Oklahoma – UCLA Game:
Westbrook is equally comfortable out of the suits as he showed up at the Oklahoma versus UCLA game. He was sporting his alma mater Bruin’s shirt with his NB A “0” and name on the back. Likewise rookie Trae Young was on hand to rep OU.

Back in a suit for Springfield:
In between the fashion runways and football game, Westbrook was in Springfield Massachusetts. Russ was there to support mentor and OKC Thunder coach Maurice Cheeks as the coach was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
In a few weeks Westbrook will be primarily in athletic gear as the super star prepares for his 11th season. Teams can start to report to camps on September 20 and 21.
