With Westbrook this team will be elite:

Granted I touched on Billy Donovan not utilizing his depth fully in Game 1, however it’s already clear how much better the Thunder can be with the new recruits.

Presuming Donovan stops his penchant for sticking with lineups and takes advantage of the bodies at his disposal the gains afforded will be palpable.

Witnessing the second lineup in action offered glimpses of what’s to come. In the “beating a dead horse” vein, I’ll state for hmmm the one millionth time how much Raymond Felton slows down the reserve unit. His propensity to always look for his own shot is frustrating. He took five shots from the field and dished a single assist in his 14 minutes on the court.

Using my telepathic vision I’m projecting Schroder passing lobs to both Grant and Noel, hitting Abrines for wide open treys and throwing off opponents on whether he’ll drive or shot himself with the prospect of a cutting Diallo to the paint. Seriously folks I cannot wait until the German captains this reserve unit.
