The OKC Thunder grabbed their first win of 2018-19 and a victory over the visiting Clippers would serve up OKC’s first winning streak. Game day breaks down the keys to the game.

The OKC Thunder struggled out of the gate to a 0-4 start before earning their first win to put lipstick on that win-less pig making their record 1-4 through five games. On Sunday, the Thunder knocked off the Devin Booker-less Suns and look to ride that momentum into the matchup with the Clippers.

The Clippers, are riding high with a 4-2 record, fresh off of a beat down of the Washington Wizards, 136-104 on Sunday. One of those four Clippers wins came against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday, October 19th. In that game, L.A. topped OKC 108-92. Russell Westbrook did not play in that contest and looks primed to suit up Tuesday.

What are the opponents saying?

For the Clippers, coming off a game in which nine, yes nine players recorded double-digit points has to leave their confidence coming into Bricktown at a high. That dismantling of the Wizards left Clippers fans ecstatic, let’s check in on how our sister site feels about Sunday night’s win:

The Clippers are getting scoring from everywhere, literally. Every active player on the roster Sunday turned in at least two points.

The Thunder have yet to see that kind of production from top-to-bottom.
