Tonight, the OKC Thunder move to 3-4 leaving them loss-less since our last episode. The “Where the Buffalo Ball” podcast gives you their takes on the team’s first win streak and examines what to do to keep it going.

Finally, the OKC Thunder are riding high with some cautiously optimistic good vibes. After a terrible 0-4 start to the season, the Thunder have won three straight. It cannot be overstated how crucial it is for OKC to right the ship ASAP, and so far it appears they are starting to correct course.

As for today’s show we delve into how changes to rules and officiating focus may have contributed to the OKC Thunder’s early season struggles. Specifically, we explore how officiating has taken a harder stance on physical play off the ball, and how the shorter shot clock is also forcing the Thunder to adjust.

Additionally, We look south and do our weekly check in on Melo and Houston sputtering Rockets. While a one seed is most likely way out of the question, any thing from 2-8 is totally possible. Therefore we continue to trudge along and see what needs to happen the next week in order for OKC to get back into the thick of the race.

I know it may sound like i’m ringing and alarm bell, but if you are gonna bounce back, you might as well do it while you are fresh and try to get some good momentum going into December.

But, even as the kinks are beginning to get ironed out, the team still needs to find consistent play without Roberson on the defensive end of the floor. They’ve had since last season to figure out a way to work around his absence, it can’t remain an excuse.
