Raymond Felton, please stop shooting

The biggest takeaway was the play of Raymond Felton. Ever since Westbrook went down with injury, Felton has re-entered the rotation and everything has gone south. The second unit is horrible with him at the helm, his shot selection is terrible and his insatiable hunger to fire away like Kobe Bryant undoubtedly hurts the team.

A great example lies in the second quarter. Felton clanged four straight shots including a 3-pointer that was well short of the mark. The veteran made his first jumper at the 7:44 mark but took six shots to get it. He proceeded to fire six more shots in the second half, managing a lay-up and his first triple of the season. He finished the game with seven points and threw up a scintillating 12 shots in 16 minutes of action.

The veteran is 17-47 from the field on the season and 1-18 from three. Someone put a filter on this man before we see more of this:
