On the second night of a back to back the OKC Thunder fell to the Denver Nuggets moving to 12-7 on the season. Player grades offer the details.

The OKC Thunder simply came out flat tonight in the loss to their division rival.

The OKC Thunder shot 35 percent from the floor in this game. From three, it was even worse, just 23 percent. The game only saw four lead changes, and at one point the Nuggets held a commanding 25 point lead in this contest. From the opening tip, it was clear the Thunder did not have it tonight. Playing their fifth game in eight days, the team saw a lot of their shots fall short.

Not only was this the second night of a back to back, and fifth game in eight day, the Thunder were missing three key wings in this one. Of Course, Andre Roberson is out for at least a few more weeks heading into mid-December. Also out are Terrance Ferguson, and Hamidou Diallo. Alex Abrines only played seven minutes tonight, as he still battles flu-like symptoms.

The Thunder turned the ball over ten times, four times less than the Nuggets. The two teams tied in the rebounding battle, and the Nuggets only had four more assists than the Thunder.

The difference in this game was the second quarter. The OKC Thunder lost that quarter 30-19, and Russell Westbrook after playing well since his return, reverted back to his old form of jacking up shots and taking bad threes.
