The OKC Thunder completed their East Coast road trip 2-1 to move into second spot in the Western Conference with a 16-8 record.
After ending last weeks East Coast road trip with two wins and a loss, the OKC Thunder delivered three very different performances.
The week kicked off with arguably their most complete performance of the season, pounding Blake Griffin and the Detroit Pistons 110-83. Utilizing smothering defense, the Thunder forced Detroit into tough shots holding the Pistons to 33 percent shooting en-route to a 27-point win.

Next was the history making trip to Brooklyn. After being dominated for three quarters, PG was unconscious in the fourth quarter, dropping 25 of his 47 points including the game winner in the 114-112 victory. The Brodie passed Jason Kidd to gain sole possession of third place on the triple double ladder posting 21 points, 15 assists and 17 rebounds.
OKC saved the worst for last, losing to the last place Chicago Bulls 114-112. Lackasdaisical for most of the night, the Thunder used a 21-point third quarter swing to surge to a 10-point lead.
However, the fourth quarter was close the whole way with both teams trading buckets in crunch time. Lauri Markkanen hit a tough runner with PG13 and Steven draped all over him. George had a terrific chance to win the game with open 3-pointer but the shot was off to the right.
