OKC Thunder snaps two game losing streak with 118-102 win over the Phoenix Suns
By Rylan Stiles
OKC Thunder Best Reserve:
Nader enjoyed a career-high 18 points off the Thunder bench shooting 58-percent from the floor in this contest and 50-percent from deep. The Thunder wing stepped up in a big way for the team who was short-handed and provided them a spark that proved to be the difference in this tilt.
Best Opponent:
Devin Booker posted 25-points on 36-percent shooting from the field, 40-percent from deep, while finding his teammates for 10-assists, and surprisingly grabbing seven rebounds tonight. On the defensive end, Booker got three steals and showed flashes of stellar defense.
Devin Booker is clearly the Suns best player, and building block… if only they could get him some help, and not be the Suns.
Final Thoughts
This was a very good win for the OKC Thunder. No, not because the Suns are some great team (though they had won their last 5-of-7 coming into tonight), but after the Thunder saw two games they should have won slip away, mixed with the absence of their best player this season Paul

George, and going down a pair of role players, it was almost a perfect storm for a random loss to a bad NBA team.
To overcome that, and also see your franchise player break out of his funk, it has to be considered a very good win.
The OKC Thunder are now tasked with a home-and-home back-to-back with the Dallas Mavericks starting Sunday in Dallas. The Mavericks went on their second six-game losing streak of the year before besting the Pelicans on Wednesday, then turned around today and lost an emotional down-to-the-wire clash with that same Pelicans team. Getting back their first-round lottery pick from a year ago who they may-or-may-not be looking to trade, the Thunder will have a pair of interesting games to close out this calendar year.
