All season we’ve pointed to the star backcourt and wondered who the Blazers could utilize as their third contributing member.
If Jusuf Nurkic has anything to say about it then he’s the man the Blazers have been searching for. Week 12 the big man delivered a historic effort versus the Kings with 24 points, 23 rebounds, 7 assists and five of each steals and blocks. His week 12 statline was equally impressive as he averaged 23.6 points, 15.3 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 2.6 steals and 2.0 blocks through three games.
How realistic it is for the big man to maintain this production will determine where the Blazers finish the season.
