25-29. Previous: 23rd. Detroit Pistons. 19. team. 64.

Moves the Pistons made at the deadline were somewhat head scratching. Reggie Bullock was one of Detroit’s best two-way players and Stanley Johnson still seemed like a project worth hanging on to. And, while Detroit has a big man in Andre Drummond they elected to add Thon Maker and Lakers guard-forward Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk.

Post deadline Detroit aggressively pursued Wayne Ellington to add a sharpshooter to their mix promising him a feature role and consistent playing time.

Although the three wins this week were essential it’s hard to get excited over two Knicks victories.
