OKC Thunder: TI editor power rankings week 17 – At last, the break
For those fans who enjoy betting it was a solid bet the Spurs would be inactive at the deadline, but it didn’t stop me from hoping they would make a move to add some much-needed playmaking.
Still, as I’m wont to say the three things in life I count on are death, taxes and the Spurs making the playoffs. This season they’ve had moments to create pause on that surety, such as the unusually poor road record. But just like they managed to register a 21-8 record between December 7 and February 2nd, I simply can’t count them out.
In the interim, what the heck is up with the bats in San Antonio? And, didn’t you immediately think of Manu Ginobili when you saw them back at the AT&T Center?
