October: 2-4

Offensive rating – 26th (102.2)
Defensive rating – 5th (105.0)
Net rating – 20th (negative -2.8)

Opponent points per game: 14th (111.3)

Rebounding – 8th (48.2 average per game)
Offensive rebound percent – 2nd (32.9%)
Defensive rebound percent – 18th (71.8%)
Combined rebound percent – tied 13th (50.8%)

Okay, to be fair this is a small sample size and reflects the 0-4 start of the season married with the two wins. Notably, there were already signs the defense was on pace to be something special and the 26th ranked offense was clearly displaying the struggle of the Thunder to find a cohesive offense and hit shots from the field. Moreover, without Westbrook, opponents just swarmed George.

In line with the typical OKC Thunder yearly squads, offensive rebounding remained a dominant team asset.
